Can you engrave objects provided by the client?
- Yes, we offer engraving on selected personal or professional objects, mainly for bulk or project-based orders.
Do you ship internationally?
- Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
How is pricing determined?
- Each creation is uniquely priced based on design, materials and customization.
Do you offer packaging?
- Yes, bespoke packaging with engraving is available to complement each creation.
Orders & Payments
Orders can be placed via phone or email.
Once the order details are confirmed and before the design process begins, a 50% deposit is required. Production and customization begin upon deposit confirmation.
Delivery of the final creation is completed upon full payment of the remaining balance.
